You Need a Ticket!!!!!!!! ???????? Unclear locked up NBATopShot Money

 Just found out how to get a ticket, or official help request, for my Dapper money lock-up. Money is handled by Dapper, so you would think that errors would be handled through Dapper on the Dapper page. Doesn't that make sense? No! You must get a ticket from MBATS. Then, it takes a "trick". You must go to the SUPPORT tab in NBATS. You will get this:

Search for ticket and you will get this:

Now... here is where I really don't know what to do. An admin on NBATopshot Discord keeps asking me if I have a ticket and what is my number. In that case I would go to the "Report a product issue". So you might as well do that. Here is the screen:

Now let's go back to the second choice from the search results. Clicking on "

ID Verification Troubleshooting, we get this:

 

That link at the bottom takes you back to the form given previously in the other link.

Scroll down and you will see this:

You can use the email link to send an email to Dapper (compliance@meetdapper.com) about your problem (without a ticket). 

Which is the correct choice for your problem? That is a mystery to me. I would assume that ticket is for everything else except security check failure. But I would go ahead and submit a ticket anyway. Who knows? You might actually get access to you account again before 2022!

Some Real Action Happening?

 Today, my lost crypto was credited to my account. Thanks to someone on email who helped and also one of the managers on Discord, not sure I can share their names here. My account is still locked up, however. It doesn't look like I will be able to do the All Star card challenge that I was gunning for. But I am now believing that maybe my money is not lost forever. Hope is good!

Still locked without any reset or try again option. Why not have a way to submit additional documents. Obviously my wife's and my passports are real. I could also give my drivers license, a video of all my family showing all our passports!!! Ugh!

 Shortly after starting this blog, I was contacted by a big guy through discord (where I posted a blog link), and he said:

Why is This Here? Did I get scammed?... and you shouldn't! (yet)

 I started this blog because out of desperation of losing my money and time through what I thought was a "safe" platform for investing. Why safe? Because, it is connected to the NBA! 

I will tell my story and the story of others in hopes that this platform will either be changed or removed.

I am thinking that there will be a class-action lawsuit of some kind by all of the people, maybe you, who have lost there money through this "scheme".

There is a security feature which locks up your account so that you can no longer add funds or, possibly, ever remove your funds.

We tried to verify our identity by submitting our passports and live video, both my wife and myself. But it failed without explanation or opportunity to re-submit.

 

WARNING! I recommend  that you DO NOT use this service at this time, or ever, unless these problems are resolved. This can happen to you!!! I have $2,417.95 US locked up and in there pocket. I cannot access it in any way. I did nothing wrong or illegal that they should do that to me. There is an additional $654.04 which I transferred through their system. It went out from Coinbase and says delivered but was never credited to my funds! Here is a screenshot of the transaction:
